How to have a healthy body with minimal effort

From my experience I would like to share with you guys how you can have a healthy body and a healthy mind with an minim effort every day.


  1.    when you wake up in the morning drink a glass of 200 milliliters of warm water mixed with a few drops of lemon juice, on an empty stomach; if you do this you will clean the colon and you will hydrate the body,
  2.    after 30 minutes of consuming water with lemon can enjoy breakfast (what you want to eat, because is the most important meal of the day, at the the lunch eat something less calories and grilled lean meats, and dinner at night salads.
  3.   30 minutes sports 5 days per week, when you have time, in the morning or evening.
All these will give yield after about 3 weeks.
